How It Works
I audit what exists (or start fresh if there's nothing), rebuild the chart of accounts, and work backward through your transaction history until everything reconciles. You get a Xero organization that's actually trustworthy, not just technically populated.
Timeline
Typically 1-3 weeks depending on how far behind things are and how many accounts are involved — you'll get a specific estimate after I've seen your situation on the consultation call.
What I Need From You
- Access to your existing accounting software or spreadsheets, if any
- Bank and credit card statements for the period being cleaned up
- A rough sense of major purchases, loans, or owner transactions I should know about

How far behind is too far behind?
There isn't one — I've built this specifically for businesses that are badly behind. The further behind, the more it usually costs, but there's no situation I'll turn away without at least a conversation.
What if I'm switching from QuickBooks or another tool?
I handle the migration as part of the cleanup — historical data gets brought over and reconciled in Xero.
Does this include setting up Gusto payroll too?
No, that's a separate service — see Gusto Payroll — but I can bundle both if you need both.
