How It Works
I connect to your Xero organization (or set one up if you don't have it yet — see Xero Setup & Cleanup) and reconcile everything on a fixed monthly schedule. You get your statements and a plain-language summary, not just a data dump.
Timeline
Ongoing, monthly. Your prior month's books are typically finalized by the 15th of the following month.
What I Need From You
- Read access to your bank and credit card statements (via Xero's bank feeds)
- Answers to occasional categorization questions — usually one or two emails a month
- A Xero subscription (I'll help you set one up if you don't have one)
